Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Generally orders are shipped within 3 business days of checkout. However, during high volume times and holidays, processing time may take longer.
• If you need priority processing of your order, you can add this option on the cart page for next business day processing.
• Email notification is sent and will include tracking for your order.
• If you need to correct or update shipping information, please contact us asap so we can fix this before your order ships. Once shipped, we can not stop the shipment and change the address.

US Orders

• We offer flat rate shipping for $5.95. Generally this takes 2 to 5 days for delivery but during peak times of the year, it can take much longer.
• If you need your order fast, we recommend order upgrades via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
  

International Orders

• We ship to most countries.
• You are responsible for any customs/import fees.
• Rates are calculated at checkout.
